Phil Haas has been a tattoo artist since 2007 and an official examiner of the Austrian guild since 2017. At his studio Black Danube Ink in Tulln an der Donau, he trains artists to work safely, cleanly, and at the highest professional level.
His passion for tattooing started as a child, inspired by magazines, conventions, and the great artists of his time. Today, Phil is one of Austria’s leading experts in tattoo hygiene, technical precision, and safe studio practices.
